Before rushing into making a unban appeal please check that you haven't just encountered the common SA-MP bug which says you are banned after a timeout or a random disconnect. If it still says you are banned after trying to reconnect then follow the steps below.

Also, if you're getting automatically kicked from the server you may be caught in a range ban, if that is the case private message an admin on the forum or on IRC and it will be resolved as quickly as possible.
